The Fight Hype Behind JAY-Z ‘s 4:44 Album has been a never-ending argument since JAY-Z released his 13th solo platinum album titled 4:44 on this June 30th, 2017. We haven’t seen these many rappers in the Hip-Hop community argue over the content of an album since Artist Tupac Shakur released his double CD album All Eyez On Me in 1996 off of record recording label Death Row Records. This record has brought rappers like MC Shan from the dead or at least I thought he was dead. MC Shan has to be going on 65 and doing AARP commercials by now for his residual checks. MC Shan went in on HOV right here:
“I haven’t heard Jay’s album, and I’m not running out to go get Jay’s album. From what I hear, he’s saying the same thing a lot of people been saying for years. If you wanted to tell people to do something tell them to pull their f-cking pants up. Don’t tell them to stop putting f-cking money to their ear. That’s what their fans expect from them. That’s their persona…..Instead of throwing shots at motherf-ckers, say they f-cking name. Say who you talking about. Don’t f-cking shade that sh-t. Don’t be a shady motherf-cker. Say who you talking bout. Be that n-gga. If you listen to a lot of albums where you taking everyone else’s lyrics and sh-t and using them sh-ts including my flow. Come on. Come on, I’m definitely not going to run out and by the Blueprint, the F print,” said Shan.
Shan is fundamentally saying HOV is talking shit about other rappers on the low, has stolen MC Shans lyrical flow and shading mutha fuckas right to left all throughout the album. The HOV fans have been asking how can HOV talk about saving money at the same time and charge his fans $750 a ticket to come see him on the 4:44 Album Tour.
What hater JAY-Z fans have to realize HOV is the new king of Hip-Hop as Michael Jackson was to the pop music culture. When you reach a vigorous level as an artist like JAY-Z you get to say, do and act all kinds of ways and your fans will accompany you because they’re loyal JAY-Z fans. HOV does not heed about the fans who don’t support him, he truly doesn’t want them to come out. He may lose half of his fan base but he’ll make up what he will lose in earnings by doubling the ticket price on his loyal fan club. Again another smart business move by JAY-Z.
What’s better than one billionaire — two.
HOV is trying to build up generation wealth within the African American community but again low motivated fuckers can’t see pass their own feet.
