Bandit9 Monaco Electric Sports Car

Bandit9 is expanding from custom motorcycles into the four-wheeled market with the Monaco, a flyweight EV that harkens back to the F1 cars of the ’50s and ’60s. The Monaco is built around a modular carbon fiber monocoque that can be loaded with different features or stripped down to the bare essentials. The same motors and battery pack used by Tesla will be used in the Monaco, with Bandit9 claiming a 2.7-second 0-60 time and a range of 250 miles from the 536-horsepower unit. Bandit9 is also developing a smart helmet with Forcite that has a built-in camera and microphone and speaker system to communicate directly with engineers in the pits. Bandit9 will start deliveries of the Monaco in the first quarter of 2023.
