Common Projects is best known for its upscale takes on classic sneakers. That doesn’t mean they can’t make other iconic silhouettes like the Chelsea. While still sporting the brand’s signature gold stamp, they conform to a traditional design, with a black suede upper broken up by the elastic gusset and webbing pull-tabs on the front and back. Made in Italy, they’re finished with thick rubber soles.
