City of Praxis | Uncrate

Designed in collaboration with Pritzker-winning architects, the City of Praxis reimagines urban communities. The development will be built on the Mediterranean coast and flow from the land to sea. It starts at the waterfront, where beaches, piers, and boardwalks are surrounded by world-class accommodations, homes, and workspaces. At its core is a public square where cafés, restaurants, and boutiques line the street, as well as space for open-air markets and concerts. At night, the city is lit by the soft glow of flaming lanterns. Designed to be walkable, a network of tree-lined avenues guide residents through the neighborhoods to gather at a series of mixed-use courtyards and rooftop terraces. At the rear of the city is a Research District intended to inspire collaborative problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and academic advancement, while the outskirts are intended for families and agriculture. The City of Praxis is currently accepting applications for residence.
