Broken Barrel x Black Hjerte Coffee Liqueur Barrel Rye Whiskey

Bourbon and coffee are somewhat similar in their richness and variety. Broken Barrel’s Black Hjerte Coffee Liqueur Barrel Rye Whiskey brings them together for a richer sip. The blended rye mixes Kentucky straight rye and Kentucky-distilled light whiskey, which is then aged alongside a 2/1 mix of 2/3 of staves from standard Laurel Canyon Black Hjerte Coffee Liqueur and limited-edition Blood Orange Coffee Liqueur barrels. The resulting spirit has a slightly sweet, complex mix of toasted coffee, vanilla, buttercream, and charred oak flavors. Available for pre-sale now in limited quantities.
