Handmade in NY by woodworker Matthew Pastre, this beautiful prep board is 17 1/2″ long, 14″ wide, and nearly 2″ thick and has finger grips on both sides to move it easily. End grain cutting boards like this allow both for more interesting patterns, but also a better ability for the wood to heal itself from knife cuts. Matthew can further customize the board to include feet and juice grooves if desired. Other styles are available as are custom requests.
