Pat LaFrieda x Hudson Whiskey Dry (Aged) January Steak Kit

Many people are starting the new year with Dry January, but Hudson Whiskey is helping them get their bourbon fix. The New York distillery partners with Pat LaFrieda on a Dry (Aged) January Steak Kit. The limited-edition offering ages two of the meat purveyor’s well-marbled 16-ounce New York Strip steaks with Hudson’s grain-forward Bright Lights, Big Bourbon whiskey. During the process, the premium cuts of beef are infused with rich vanilla, salted caramel, and deep umami flavors. The package also includes a pair of Hudson Whiskey rocks glasses, a cocktail recipe card, and a casker’s code to order a bottle of Hudson Bright Lights, Big Bourbon.
