Traeger Flatrock Grill | Uncrate

[ad_1]

Traeger is known for its wood pellet-fueled grills and smokers. It’s now expanding its lineup with the Flatrock Grill. This flat-top griddle offers the same tank-like build as its smokers but with a flat, 594 sq in cold-rolled steel cooking surface. Hidden insulation allows for three 350-600°F cooking zones with individual temperature controls, allowing multiple ingredients to cook simultaneously. The same design also keeps the U-shaped burners hidden, and thus protected from the wind, with a front-left mounted grease keg that slides out for easy cleanup, and a built-in gas tank monitor to keep it from running out mid-cook. While built-in, folding side shelves offer plenty of prep space, Pop-And-Lock accessory rails simplify customization with more storage options.
